Bunbury Project

Informatt

Informatt Training Services have for some years been resident at the Ringway Centre, bringing our students, tutors and assessors to the Centre on a regular basis during term time, using the training spaces and enjoying the outside ambiance of garden and woods.  We have built up an excellent rapport with the staff team at the Centre, and we are always delighted with their help and support for our students and ourselves which is unconditionally given.  Students are all studying to gain qualifications to work with children from 0 - 16 years.  Many are self-employed, or work in day nursery or school.

Not only do students gain qualifications with Informatt, but they also grow in confidence and professionalism, using the learning experience to foster interest in community activities, becoming teaching assistants in local schools, school governors, 'Out of School' and playcare leaders, childminders and 'Bunbury Childminding' co-ordinators.  Several of our ex-students have joined the company as trainers and assessors so they can pass on their knowledge.

If you are interested in our services please contact Diana McGreachan at dianamcgreachan@btinternet.com.

Members of the Keep Fit Class at the Ringway Centre

Keeping fit and active as you get older is very important. The term “use it or lose it” is very true, as our muscles and bones lose their strength as we age. Taking part in a Keep Fit class with an experienced instructor will ensure you do the right exercises to maintain’ mobility, flexibility and strength without causing injury. The class is for all abilities, just come and have some fun whilst strengthening your heart and lungs, muscles and bones and perhaps lose some weight. The classes are on Monday and Friday mornings at the Ringway Centre from ten to eleven and cost £3 a class.

Tea and coffee provided free afterwards.  We look forward to seeing you there.

Jane Cullen, Instructor.

Keep Fit to Music

Specially designed fitness classes combining cardio exercises with toning and stretching.  Dance yourself fit.  Come 10 minutes early, and wear loose clothing.  All abilities and shapes welcome.

For more information please contact the manager at the Ringway Centre on 020 8857 7980.
